Rapper D4vd transfers deeds to Texas homes to mother following swatting incident: report
Rapper D4vd, known for his music and controversial actions, has recently made headlines after an abandoned car linked to him was found with the dismembered body of a 15-year-old girl. In light of these events, D4vd has transferred the deed of two Texas homes to his mother, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
The 20-year-old artist, originally from Queens but based in Los Angeles, made the property transfers on September 18 and September 22. The homes, located in the Houston area, were owned by D4vd under a trust. Interestingly, one of the homes was targeted in a swatting incident on the same day as the transfer.
During the swatting incident, D4vd’s parents were present at the Houston residence. His mother reassured authorities that only she, her husband, another son, and daughter were inside the home at the time. The incident added to the growing speculation and scrutiny surrounding D4vd, especially in relation to the tragic discovery of Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s dismembered body in his abandoned Tesla on September 9.
Authorities revealed that Rivas’ body was severely decomposed when found in the vehicle at a Hollywood impound lot, indicating that she had been deceased for several weeks. The victim’s mother disclosed to TMZ that her daughter had been involved with someone named David, coinciding with internet findings linking D4vd to the case.
Following the disturbing revelation, an unreleased song by D4vd titled “Celeste” surfaced online, further fueling speculation about the rapper’s involvement. The lyrics of the song mention a girl named Celeste, adding an eerie dimension to the unfolding events.
In response to the controversy, D4vd cancelled his upcoming tour and delayed the release of his album “Withered.” His music representatives, including Universal Music Group and Sony Music Publishing, have halted all promotional activities pending the resolution of the police investigation.
As of now, no charges have been filed against D4vd, and he is reportedly cooperating with the Los Angeles police in the ongoing investigation. The case continues to garner attention and scrutiny as more details unfold, leaving fans and the public shocked and concerned about the rapper’s possible involvement in the tragic incident.
