Regé-Jean Page to Star in Erotic Thriller Series at Netflix
Regé-Jean Page, best known for his role in the hit Netflix series “Bridgerton,” is set to make a return to the streaming platform in a new project titled “Hancock Park.” This upcoming series is described as an erotic thriller and is currently in the development stage.
The premise of “Hancock Park” centers around a charismatic outsider, portrayed by Page, who disrupts the seemingly perfect lives of a wealthy Los Angeles family when he rents their backyard guest house. As he delves deeper into their world, the glamorous facade of this elite community begins to crumble, revealing the dark underbelly of desire, deceit, and obsession that lies beneath the surface of one of LA’s most exclusive neighborhoods.
In addition to starring in the series, Page will also serve as an executive producer through his production company, A Mighty Stranger. The show is being written by Matthew Berry and will be executive produced by Emily Brown from A Mighty Stranger and Drew Comins from Creative Engine Entertainment. Production will be handled by Fifth Season.
Since gaining international fame with his breakout role in “Bridgerton,” Page has continued to make waves in the entertainment industry. He has appeared in various films, including the Netflix feature “The Gray Man,” “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves,” and “Black Bag.”
