Rihanna Was at Home With Her 3 Kids During Shooting: Source

Rihanna was at home with her 3 kids when an assailant targeted their L.A.-area mansion with gunfire. Surprisingly, her husband, A$AP Rocky, was not present during the incident, as per TMZ sources.

Insiders reveal that the singer was inside the house with her children she shares with A$AP Rocky – namely RZA, Riot Rose, and Rocki Irish – before the unfortunate incident took place on Sunday afternoon.

The suspected shooter, Ivana Lisette Ortiz, allegedly fired multiple shots from her vehicle at the residence. Fortunately, Rihanna and her children were unharmed during the incident, according to our sources.

The Los Angeles Police Department promptly responded to a call of “shots fired” and apprehended Ortiz shortly after. She was taken into custody, and a weapon was recovered by the authorities.

Ortiz has been charged with attempted murder and is currently held in L.A. County jail with bail set at $10,225,000, which remains unpaid.

Prior to the shooting, on February 23, Ortiz allegedly made concerning remarks about Rihanna on Facebook. The LAPD has not disclosed a motive behind the incident.
