Senator John Fetterman was hospitalized after falling and hitting his face during a morning walk near his home in Braddock, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred as a result of a ventricular fibrillation flare-up, which caused his heart to not pump blood correctly. Fetterman, a Pennsylvania Democrat, previously survived a stroke in 2022, just months before his election to the Senate.
