Frisco recently made headlines with the sale of its most expensive home on record, fetching over $6.5 million for a stunning single-family residence in the prestigious Frisco Heights subdivision.
According to the Summit County Assessor’s Office, the sale took place on Monday, Oct. 20 and set a new benchmark as the highest-priced single-family property ever sold in the area. This information was confirmed by the Altitude Realtors Association using Multiple Listing Service data.
The luxurious 6,135-square-foot home boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and is situated on a sprawling 1.17-acre lot at 152 County Road 1040. Derrick Fowler, the selling real estate agent and owner of Colorado Mountain Homes Real Estate, highlighted the home’s exceptional amenities and impeccable condition as key selling points.
This unique property features elm flooring sourced from a Tibetan monastery, a horse-shoe shaped bar, a spacious workout room, and a media/game room, all catering to the active lifestyle of its previous owner, a professional skier. In addition, there is a butler’s pantry, a turret-level office, and a second-floor wet bar. The home was sold fully furnished, complete with art and decor.
