Smokey Robinson, the legendary Motown singer, is facing a new sexual battery accusation from a man who alleges that Robinson tried to force his hand onto his erect penis.
Robinson is currently being sued by four Jane Does who claim to have worked as housekeepers for him and his wife, Frances Gladney Robinson. Now, two more alleged victims, a fifth Jane Doe and a John Doe, seek to join the lawsuit.
The male accuser, referred to as John Doe, started working for the Robinsons in 2013. He alleges that Smokey Robinson would touch and fondle his erect penis while wearing only underwear, displaying clear sexual arousal during these incidents.
The situation escalated in 2022 when Robinson allegedly grabbed John Doe’s hand without consent and tried to force it onto his erect penis. Following this incident, John Doe claims he was fired by the Robinsons.
Despite being rehired by Smokey’s wife a year later, John Doe states that Robinson continued his inappropriate behavior, causing emotional distress and fear for his safety. Eventually, John Doe stopped working for the Robinsons due to concerns for his well-being.
Another Jane Doe, who worked as a housekeeper for the Robinsons, alleges that Smokey Robinson attempted to force her hand onto his erect penis on multiple occasions. These claims add to the ongoing legal battle against the music icon.
Both Smokey Robinson and his legal team have denied the allegations, attributing them to a coordinated effort to tarnish Robinson’s reputation. The case continues to unfold as more individuals come forward with similar claims.
