Gudino now faces multiple felony counts, including kidnapping with intent to commit rape. The mother and daughter, still recovering from the physical and emotional impact of the attack, decided to speak out as a cautionary tale for other women in the community.

The Orange County District Attorney’s office is pursuing charges against Gudino, emphasizing the severity of the incident. The victims’ bravery and unity in facing the attacker were highlighted in their account of the traumatic event.
