Tory Lanez Feeling Much Better After Prison Stabbing

Tory Lanez has shown remarkable progress after enduring a vicious attack in a California state prison, according to sources close to the rapper.

Reportedly, Tory was swiftly moved back to the prison hospital after receiving initial treatment in Bakersfield, CA. His condition has since stabilized, with the rapper now breathing independently and able to communicate. Prison officials have listed Tory in fair condition.

This positive development comes after Tory Lanez fell critically ill following a brutal assault on Monday, allegedly orchestrated by fellow inmate Santino Casio at California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi.

Tory’s recovery is nothing short of miraculous, considering the extent of his injuries. Casio reportedly stabbed Tory 14 times across his body, including 7 times in the back, 4 times in the torso, and 3 times in the head and face. Following the attack, Tory required assistance to breathe due to collapsed lungs.

Tory’s attorney, Jose Baez, expressed optimism about Tory’s recovery, stating, “Tory is upbeat. He’s in good spirits. He is recovering. He is a strong young man. He’s expected to make a recovery.”

Following his conviction in December 2022 for shooting Megan Thee Stallion, Tory Lanez received a 10-year prison sentence.

Santino Casio, Tory’s alleged attacker, is serving a life sentence with the chance of parole for charges including murder, attempted murder, and inflicting great bodily harm with a deadly weapon.
