Working in isolated island resorts comes with its challenges, such as being away from family and dealing with maintenance issues caused by saltwater. However, the couple finds joy in celebrating staff events and birthdays at the hotel, creating a close-knit community.
Despite the challenges, LeBlanc and Robinson have been successfully working together for nearly two decades, utilizing their strengths in different aspects of hotel management. They believe that hiring couples to manage hotels in remote locations can be beneficial, providing companionship and support in unfamiliar environments.
