Anthony Volino was enjoying breakfast with his grandchildren when the intoxicated driver arrived at his doorstep, insisting on receiving a tip for a previous grocery delivery. Volino immediately noticed the smell of alcohol and refused to comply with the driver’s demands. The situation escalated into a physical altercation when Volino discovered the driver was armed.
In a desperate struggle, Volino managed to disarm the driver and remove the bullets from the gun. Doorbell footage captured the intense moment as Volino pushed the driver against a car, ultimately preventing any injuries during the altercation. Both individuals called 911, leading to the arrest of the driver, identified as Robert Delehant, on charges of felony harassment, driving under the influence, and assault.
