WWE’s ‘Raw’ Pulled in 340 Million Views in First Year on Netflix
It has been just over a year since WWE debuted “Monday Night Raw” on Netflix, and the show has been a massive hit on the streaming platform. According to Netflix, subscribers have collectively watched over 525 million hours of WWE content in 2025. “Monday Night Raw” alone garnered 340 million views, while premium live events such as WrestleMania and the Royal Rumble, along with the weekly show “SmackDown,” contributed to 185 million views.
Recently, it was announced that a vast library of WWE content will now be available for streaming on Netflix in the US. Since its premiere on Netflix in January 2025, “Raw” has consistently ranked in the Global Top 10 English TV chart for 47 out of the 52 weeks it has aired, with an average of over 3 million viewers per week. The show has also maintained a strong presence in individual countries, including the US (51 weeks), Bolivia (49 weeks), Canada (48 weeks), the UK (40 weeks), and Mexico (38 weeks).
In addition to its success on Netflix, WWE stars have been featured in major Netflix events such as Next on Netflix 2025, Netflix Tudum 2025: The Live Event, and Netflix’s 2025 Upfront. They have also made appearances at the grand openings of Netflix Bites in Las Vegas, Netflix House in Philadelphia and Dallas, NFL Christmas Gameday Live, and the world premiere of “Stranger Things 5.” Notably, there was even a crossover episode of “Raw” with “Stranger Things” that aired on January 5, just five days after the series finale.
