Heartless sicko fires pellet gun at woman holding 2-month-old baby girl in NYC: cops

The 42-year-old victim was standing outside 127 Jerome Avenue in Arrochar around 7 p.m. on Friday when the perpetrator, sitting in the passenger seat of a silver sedan, aimed and shot at her, hitting her in the back.
