Arvada Beer Garden set to open in July

The Arvada Beer Garden, a project by City Street Investors, is nearing completion and is scheduled to open in early July. This unique establishment boasts a million-dollar garden with 850 plants and 44 trees, creating a lush outdoor space for patrons to enjoy.

Spanning one acre, the beer garden is accompanied by a retail building and a pocket park, all totaling a $6 million investment. However, thanks to the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority, the developers were able to acquire the property at a discounted price and received additional funding for infrastructure.

City Street Investors have strategically chosen Arvada for their beer garden as part of a larger vision for placemaking in the community. The project is set to open on July 7 and is expected to become a focal point for residents to gather and socialize.

Despite challenges such as tariffs on materials, the developers have persevered in creating a welcoming space for the community. With no tenant yet for the smaller retail building, there is anticipation that the area will become a vibrant hub for commerce and leisure.

The Arvada Beer Garden is not just a place for drinks and food, but a symbol of community development and growth. Stay tuned for the grand opening next month!
