Tehran, Tel Aviv on high alert

Israel and Iran engaged in a series of missile and airstrike exchanges overnight and into Saturday morning, prompting air raid sirens in various parts of Israel, including Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, urging citizens to seek shelter.
Iran declared that the attacks on Israel would persist, with warnings of potential strikes on U.S. bases in the near future, according to reports from senior Iranian military officials to Iran’s Fars news agency.
Furthermore, Iran launched another round of missiles towards Israel early Saturday, as confirmed by the Israel Defense Forces, while Iranian air defenses in Tehran were activated to intercept incoming strikes.
