New Build-to-Suit Opportunities at Peña Station

The site offers multiple parcels totaling 65 acres and can accommodate up to 3 million square feet of build-to-suit office and technology space. This announcement comes from a collaboration between national real estate development and investment firm KDC and Colorado master-land developer L.C. Fulenwider Inc.

KDC will be working closely with individual companies to create customized headquarters and regional facilities that align with their culture and operational needs. Bill Guthrey, senior vice president of land development at KDC, highlights the prime location of the 65-acre site at Yampa Street and Telluride Way, adjacent to United Airlines’ future flight-training center and office space.

The development includes over 1,400 multifamily homes like Springs at Peña Station and various hotels and restaurants.
