Hulu Orders Two More ‘Family Guy’ Holiday Episodes, Including Halloween
Family Guy fans have something to look forward to as the popular animated show is set to premiere exclusive specials for Hulu. In addition to streaming the Fox episodes, Hulu will also feature new Halloween and holiday editions of Family Guy. The exciting news was shared during the Family Guy Comic-Con panel, where stars Alex Borstein, Seth Green, and Jennifer Tilly, along with executive producers Alec Sulkin and Kara Vallow, met with fans.
The first exclusive special for Hulu is a Halloween episode titled “A Little Fight Music.” In this special, Brian and Stewie embark on a mission to write a hit Halloween song, while Peter and the guys learn about the consequences of lying about trick or treating.
These new specials are separate from the upcoming Season 24 of Family Guy, which is scheduled to premiere on Fox in 2026 before streaming on Hulu. This isn’t the first time Family Guy has produced exclusive specials for Hulu, as they previously released a Halloween special called “Peter, Peter Pumpkin Cheater” and a holiday event titled “Gift of the White Guy.”
During the Comic-Con panel, the South Park team also shared sneak peeks of upcoming episodes, including satirical takes on various current events and pop culture references. Meanwhile, fans can look forward to Lois discovering for the first time that Stewie can talk.
The panel was a lively event with cast members Borstein, Green, and Tilly, along with executive producers Sulkin and Vallow. Comedian Matt Friend entertained the audience with a re-enactment of a famous Coldplay moment and a musical parody featuring Borstein as Lois.
Family Guy has achieved cult status since its debut in 1999, with a talking baby character becoming one of the greatest TV characters of all time. The show is produced by 20th Television Animation, with creator Seth MacFarlane serving as executive producer. The team of Rich Appel, Alec Sulkin, and others work as executive producers and showrunners to bring the beloved show to life.
In conclusion, Family Guy continues to entertain fans with exciting new specials on Hulu, offering a fresh take on the beloved animated series. Stay tuned for more hilarious adventures with the Griffin family as they navigate through the ups and downs of life in Quahog.
