New Denver steakhouse Noble planned to open in LoDo

Exciting news in the Denver dining scene as Francois Safieddine announces plans to open a new upscale steakhouse called Noble at 1525 Blake St. The 12,500-square-foot building, which Safieddine previously tried to sell for $7 million, will soon be transformed into a sophisticated dining destination.

Katie Chapman, a spokesperson for Safieddine’s restaurant group Lotus Concepts Management, revealed that Noble is set to make its debut within the next six months. Chapman emphasized that the steakhouse will offer a more elevated and upscale experience compared to the company’s existing concepts in Colorado.

While the menu is still in development, Chapman hinted at a selection of premium cuts of meat and seafood. The building, formerly home to the popular Mexican restaurant Rio Grande, will undergo renovations inside and out to create a modern and inviting atmosphere for diners.

Not your typical white tablecloth steakhouse, Noble will feature a renovated outdoor patio and various private dining spaces for a more intimate dining experience. Plans for the establishment include a bar on the first floor and a lounge on the second, catering to different preferences.

Although construction has not yet begun, signage for Noble has already been painted on the building, generating buzz among local food enthusiasts. Safieddine purchased the building from the previous owners of Rio Grande and is excited to bring a new dining concept to the thriving Denver culinary scene.

In addition to Noble, Safieddine’s restaurant portfolio includes popular establishments like My Neighbor Felix, ViewHouse, and the recently opened Belles & Boots country bar. With a successful track record in the industry, Safieddine aims to redefine the fine-dining experience with Noble’s unique offerings.
