‘One Chicago Podcast’ Sets Brian Luce as Host: Trailer
The official “One Chicago Podcast” has officially announced its host, Brian Luce. Luce, a producer on “Chicago P.D.”, technical consultant, and former Chicago police officer, will be leading the weekly discussions surrounding the popular television shows “Chicago Fire,” “Chicago Med,” and “Chicago P.D.”
The podcast will consist of 28 episodes, with new episodes being released weekly. Listeners can expect to hear interviews with cast members such as Jason Beghe and David Eigenberg, as well as conversations with writers, showrunners, and crew members.
Brian Luce has been a part of the “Chicago P.D.” team since Season 1, starting out as a technical and script consultant before eventually becoming a producer in 2017. With 27 years of experience in law enforcement, including 18 years as an undercover officer with the Chicago Police Department, Luce brings a unique perspective to the discussions on the podcast.
According to the official release, the podcast aims to give listeners a behind-the-scenes look at Universal Television, Wolf Entertainment, and NBC’s One Chicago brand. The show will feature candid and in-depth conversations with the cast and crew who work tirelessly to bring these shows to life.
The first two episodes of the “One Chicago Podcast” are set to be released on Thursday, September 18, two weeks ahead of the premiere of “One Chicago” on NBC on October 1. Subsequent episodes will be available every Thursday on popular podcast platforms such as Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Additionally, select episodes will have video versions available on NBC’s One Chicago YouTube channel.
