Killer cop Nicholas Tartaglione working with RFK Jr. ally to try for pardon

Former Westchester Cop and Jeffrey Epstein’s Cellmate Seeks Freedom with Anti-Vax Influencer’s Help

Nicholas Tartaglione, a former Westchester cop who is currently serving four consecutive life sentences for the 2016 kidnappings and killings of four men, is reportedly making a fresh bid for freedom with the support of anti-vax influencer Jessica Reed Kraus. Kraus, who is known for her ties to Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., has been in contact with Tartaglione to try and overturn his conviction, as reported by the New Yorker.

During an interview with the magazine, Kraus took a call from Tartaglione and reassured him that she could help him receive a pardon from President Trump, whom she referred to as the “pardon President.” Kraus, who has a significant following on Instagram, has been criticized for her controversial statements and actions, including mocking victims of Epstein just weeks before his death in 2019.

Kraus, who has been a vocal supporter of Trump and Kennedy Jr., has been documenting the rise of the latter for the past five years. She has praised Kennedy’s work as Health Secretary, applauding his decisions to fire employees, cancel research on mRNA, and replace health experts with anti-vax skeptics on the CDC’s vaccine-advisory panel.

Tartaglione, who was Epstein’s cellmate before the financier’s death, was described as a critical witness during the investigation into Epstein’s suicide. He has always maintained his innocence, claiming that he ran an animal rescue farm and was not motivated by money. However, prosecutors argued that Tartaglione kidnapped and killed four men over a cocaine deal gone wrong in 2016.

One of Tartaglione’s alleged accomplices committed suicide in 2017, while another accomplice was sentenced to 16 years in prison after pleading guilty to killing one of the victims. Despite the evidence presented at his trial, Tartaglione continues to insist that he was framed.

Kraus has not responded to requests for comment on her involvement with Tartaglione’s case. The influencer’s controversial statements and connections have drawn scrutiny from critics, but she remains a staunch supporter of Trump, Kennedy Jr., and the anti-vax movement.
