“Hotel Costiera” follows the story of Daniel De Luca, portrayed by Jesse Williams, known for his role in “Grey’s Anatomy.” Daniel, a half-Italian former U.S. Marine, returns to Italy to work as a problem-solver at a luxurious hotel in Positano. Alongside attending to the guests’ needs, Daniel embarks on a mission to find the missing daughter of the hotel’s owner, facing challenges unlike any he has encountered before.
In an interview with Variety, Jesse Williams shared his passion for the show, stating, “I really loved the [show’s] world. The character of Daniel resonated with me due to his background and the challenges he faces. As someone who is American and biracial, I found a relatable aspect to his character’s journey of navigating two worlds.”
