Reports indicate that a large-scale strike was carried out in Venezuela, resulting in the capture and removal of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, confirmed by U.S. President Donald Trump on Truth Social.

Maduro and his wife were reportedly taken out of the country following the operation, which was executed in collaboration with U.S. law enforcement authorities, Trump stated without providing further details.

An official news conference is set to take place at 11 a.m. at Mar-a-Lago.

Explosions were witnessed in Caracas around 2 a.m. local time, as per social media images that have yet to be verified independently.
