2 robbed of cell phones in pair of NYC stick-ups down block from Central Park: cops

The duo also wielded a knife, snatched the woman’s phone, and pushed her to the ground before fleeing the scene – one on foot and the other on a Razor scooter. Fortunately, the victim declined medical attention following the ordeal.
