Inside the star-studded, MAGA-packed wedding of Trump’s podcast guru

MAGA royalty gathered in Miami over the weekend to witness the wedding of President Trump’s podcast guru, Alex Bruesewitz, to his beauty-queen fiancée, Carolina Urrea. The ceremony took place at Trump’s Doral Golf Course, with a star-studded guest list that included Trump family members, senior administration officials, and prominent figures in the Republican Party.

Although the president couldn’t attend in person, he sent a congratulatory video, praising Bruesewitz for his political acumen and wishing the couple a wonderful marriage. The event was filled with cheers and well-wishes from the audience, including billionaires, music stars, athletes, and other powerful figures in the conservative movement.

Notable guests included boxing legend Mike Tyson, rapper Nicki Minaj, and model Amber Rose, as well as Donald Trump Jr. and his fiancée Bettina Anderson. White House staffers, such as press secretary Karoline Leavitt and communications director Steven Cheung, also made the trip to Florida to celebrate the nuptials.

The wedding was a lavish affair, with the bride wearing a custom Johana Hernandez wedding dress and the groom donning a classic tuxedo from Shepherd’s company. The couple exchanged vows surrounded by white roses, with country music star Warren Zeiders serenading them during their first dance.

The festivities continued into the early hours of the morning, with guests reluctant to leave the dance floor. Late-night bites from Steak ‘n Shake and a seven-tier wedding cake added to the celebration. The couple hosted a two-day event, starting with a party at Mar-a-Lago on Friday before the formal wedding in Miami.

Bruesewitz and Urrea met on the 2024 campaign trail and became engaged in June. Bruesewitz, who manages Trump’s podcast strategy and oversees his digital efforts, has been instrumental in capturing the support of young men through high-profile interviews and social media campaigns. Urrea, a former Miss Nevada and full-time model, finished in third place in the 2018 Miss USA competition.

The wedding was a star-studded affair filled with love, laughter, and well-wishes for the newlyweds as they begin their journey together.
