Trump Lashes Out At Jimmy Kimmel, Who Agrees On 1 Point
Former President Trump, who has frequently criticized late-night host Jimmy Kimmel and even called for his removal from television, voiced his grievances about Kimmel in a recent fundraising email. Kimmel, in response, dubbed it another “money grab” targeting supporters of the Make America Great Again (MAGA) movement.
The subject line of the email read “DJT: GET TRUMP OUT OF YOUR MOUTH!”
Trump referred to Kimmel as a “ratings-starved hack” in the email, claiming that his show has “total disaster numbers.” However, there was one thing in the message that Kimmel could agree with.
“He thinks he can sit in his Hollywood studio and laugh at the greatest political movement in the history of our country,” Trump wrote.
“Yeah, he does,” Kimmel retorted, before humorously correcting himself, “Sometimes I stand, sometimes I sit and laugh.”
The email concluded with a plea for donations.
“Please give until his feelings don’t hurt anymore, folks,” Kimmel quipped in response.
