NYC Alliance Signs 11-Year Lease for 50,000 Square Feet at 1441 Broadway

NYC Alliance, a global player in branded and private-label apparel design and distribution, has signed an 11-year lease for 50,000 square feet at LH Charney’s 1441 Broadway. The company will be leaving and expanding next year from 1411 Broadway nearby, where it currently has only half as much space.

A team led by Lee & Associates’ Peter Braus represented the tenant, while a Colliers team represented the landlord. According to Braus, NYCA’s expansion “positions it for continued growth while strengthening its design, showroom, and operational presence in the historic fashion corridor.”

Asking rents at 1441 Broadway start at over $60 per square foot.
