3 more Iranian nationals with ties to Islamic regime arrested while living lavishly in LA

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has taken action against three Iranian nationals with ties to Tehran who were residing in the US, following the recent arrest of individuals linked to the late Iranian military leader, Gen. Qasem Soleimani.

According to a statement from the State Department, ICE officials apprehended Seyed Eissa Hashemi, Maryam Tahmasebi, and their son for deportation due to their associations with a prominent figure from the Iran hostage crisis.

Eissa Hashemi, aged 43, is the son of Masoumeh Ebtekar, also known as “Screaming Mary” for her involvement as the spokesperson for the militants who took over the US Embassy in Tehran in 1979. Last week, reports surfaced that Hashemi had been living a comfortable life in Los Angeles.

The decision to revoke the green cards of these individuals underscores the ongoing scrutiny of individuals connected to the Iranian regime residing in the US. This development adds to the heightened tensions between Washington and Tehran, as the US continues to monitor and take action against individuals deemed a threat to national security.

As this story continues to unfold, stay tuned for further updates on this matter.
