The allegations suggest that between March 12 and March 31, 2023, Lisa and Glidden unlawfully intercepted or attempted to intercept oral statements made by Lisa’s ex-husband, Lenny, and those he interacted with. Both Lisa’s lawyer, Jayne Weintraub, and Glidden’s lawyers, Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria, have claimed that this legal matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court.
Lenny Hochstein, 59, filed for divorce from Lisa after 12 years of marriage in May 2022. The divorce was finalized in November 2024, and the former couple shares custody of their two children, son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 5. Amid their divorce proceedings, Lenny accused Lisa of placing a listening device on his car to monitor his calls in March 2023. Lisa denied these claims, calling them “nonsense.”
