Future is currently embroiled in a legal battle with his ex-girlfriend Layla Sanad after she filed a paternity suit against the rapper, claiming that he is the father of her 9-year-old son.
Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Layla initiated the legal action in a Florida court to establish paternity and secure a court order for Future to provide child support.
Layla alleges that she and Future were in a romantic relationship that resulted in the birth of their son, known by the initials K.W., in 2017.
In her legal filing, Layla claims that Future acknowledged paternity of their child. She is seeking official paternity recognition and requesting child support, including retroactive payments for the past two years.
Earlier this year, Future filed court documents to dismiss the Florida case and transfer proceedings to Arizona, where Layla and the child reside. Future claims he has already initiated legal action in Arizona, but a decision by the court is pending.
In the Arizona case, Future has acknowledged paternity of a son named Kash Wilburn. He has been making voluntary monthly payments of $3,500 to Layla as child support.
Future is reported to have fathered at least 7 children, including a son with his ex-partner Ciara.
