In a heartwarming moment, Jane Don’t was crowned Miss Congeniality for the season. Reflecting on her experience, she expressed gratitude for the relationships formed with her fellow queens, stating, “Congeniality is not something the women in my family generally aspire to, but one of the best gifts that this whole experience has given me is my relationships with these girls.”
Host RuPaul treated audiences to a performance of her 2022 song, “Mother of the House,” reminding everyone of her legendary status in the drag community. Meeks faced challenges throughout the season but emerged victorious by winning the political advert challenge, makeover challenge, Improv challenge, and final hosting challenge. Her impressive comeback and consecutive wins solidified her place in “Drag Race” history.
One of the standout moments of the season was Meeks’ stellar impersonation of Drew Barrymore during the Snatch Game Challenge. Barrymore was so impressed that she invited Meeks to appear on her show, where Meeks showed up dressed as the actress, earning praise for her accuracy.
As the newly crowned “America’s Next Drag Superstar,” Meeks now joins the prestigious Drag Race Hall of Fame and takes home a cash prize of $200,000. Additionally, Miley Cyrus was honored with the Lifetime award, joking that it made the Grammys look cheap in comparison.
