Denise Richards finds herself in a financial bind as a judge orders her to pay $5,000 per month in temporary spousal support to her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, amidst their ongoing divorce proceedings.
The court also ruled that Denise must cover an additional $30,000 in attorney’s fees, adding to her financial burden.
Upon hearing the judge’s decision, Denise reportedly expressed her financial struggle by stating, “I can’t afford it,” as reported by The California Post.
Aaron had initially filed for divorce citing no income and requesting spousal support from Denise, estimating her monthly earnings to be over $250,000 from various sources like OnlyFans, brand deals, TV appearances, and more.
Despite Denise’s initial request for spousal support, the judge’s ruling now mandates her to make the payments, placing the financial responsibility on her shoulders.
While Aaron emerges victorious in court, Denise faces the challenge of meeting the financial obligations imposed by the ruling.
