Barry Manilow Reveals What Cosmetic Surgery He’s Gotten

Barry Manilow, the iconic singer at 82, recently opened up about the cosmetic surgery he has undergone over the years. In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Manilow humorously mentioned, “I look fantastic, but I’m 100 years old, right? I don’t know how that happened, by the way.”

Contrary to popular belief, Manilow clarified that he does not get Botox or any extreme procedures. He admitted to having a facelift once when he lived in Los Angeles but since then has only opted for minor touch-ups here and there. “I only had one of those,” he shared. “The rest of it — I see something falling down, sure, I’ll do that. I’m as vain as anybody else.”

The confession about his cosmetic procedures comes after Manilow revealed his battle with lung cancer in December 2025. Fortunately, the cancerous spot on his lung was detected early, and he underwent surgery to remove it. He did not require chemotherapy as the cancer had not spread.

And suddenly, you have lung cancer. But I’m still here,” Manilow told People magazine in March.
