Jen Psaki Explains The Surprisingly Simple Presidential Task Trump Just Can’t Seem To Master
During a recent segment on MS NOW, former Biden White House press secretary Jen Psaki criticized Donald Trump for his inability to handle even the simplest tasks of being president, turning them into “unmitigated disasters.”
Psaki acknowledged that being president is a challenging job, with all the difficult decisions ultimately resting on the president’s desk. However, she emphasized that there are supposed to be easier aspects of the role, such as organizing events like a birthday party for America.
For Trump, even these supposedly easy tasks have proven to be problematic, as highlighted by Psaki. She pointed to the upcoming celebrations for America’s 250th birthday, which have faced challenges like a concert turning into a Trump rally due to artist withdrawals and states opting not to set up exhibits at the Great American State Fair.
Psaki highlighted that these events should be simple for a president to handle, comparing them to a local politician attending a ribbon-cutting ceremony. However, Trump’s inability to successfully navigate even these basic responsibilities has led to further criticism.
