Xiaomi’s New Xring O3 Chip Tops 5 Million AnTuTu With First LPDDR6 Mobile Memory

Xiaomi is pushing its homegrown silicon into new territory. The company’s Xring O3 chip posted 5,228,014 points in AnTuTu v11, becoming the first mobile system-on-chip reported to cross the five-million mark. The result, reported by TechTimes, is paired with another milestone: support for next-generation LPDDR6 mobile memory.

The O3 uses a 10-core, all-big-core CPU instead of the more familiar combination of performance and efficiency cores. Xiaomi says the design improves multi-core performance, while the chip is built on TSMC’s 3-nanometer N3P process and contains approximately 24 billion transistors. Its reported LPDDR6 setup reaches 10,667 MT/s and provides up to 113.8GB/s of memory bandwidth: about 48% more than the previous Xring O1 platform, according to Notebookcheck.

For everyday users, faster memory could matter as much as the benchmark headline. More bandwidth can help demanding games, photo and video processing, multitasking, and on-device artificial intelligence. Still, AnTuTu scores are controlled performance snapshots. Battery life, heat management, software optimization, and sustained performance will need independent testing once the devices reach reviewers.

Xiaomi says the Xring O3 will debut in China this September inside the Xiaomi 18 Fold and Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max. Buyers should watch for confirmed configurations, pricing, regional availability, and whether every model includes LPDDR6 rather than simply supporting it.
