‘American Idol’ exec, hubby dead for 4 days inside LA mansion — even though cops were called day of burglary
The Shocking Murder of “American Idol” Executive and Husband in Los Angeles Mansion
In a tragic turn of events, Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca, both 70, were found dead inside their heavily fortified Encino property on Monday. The couple had been brutally murdered in a random home invasion, but their bodies were not discovered until four days later.
Authorities had received reports of a possible burglary on the day of the July 10th slayings but did not enter the home as there were no signs of forced entry. It is now believed that the suspect, 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian, may have still been inside the residence when the initial welfare check was conducted by the police.
It was only during a subsequent welfare check that the couple’s bodies were discovered. Boodarian, a known drug addict with a criminal history, has since been charged with two counts of murder in connection to the killings.
Investigators believe that Boodarian was in the process of burglarizing the multi-million dollar residence, which was last sold for approximately $4.5 million in 2023, when the couple unexpectedly returned home. Tragically, they were shot and killed during the confrontation.

This senseless act of violence has shocked the community and left loved ones devastated. The investigation into the murders continues as authorities work to bring justice for Robin Kaye and Thomas Deluca.
