Gabriela Vieira Serafin, also known as “Advogata,” had her home in Florianopolis raided by drug enforcement agents amid suspicions of aiding criminals she defended in court.
During the raid, authorities discovered and seized two cell phones, SIM cards, USB drives, and memory cards hidden inside a child’s glove in Serafin’s bedroom. While the lawyer was not present at the time of the search, her mother confirmed that the items belonged to her. The data retrieved from these devices is currently being examined by forensic experts.

Serafin rose to fame on social media by sharing first-person videos reenacting criminal cases she had worked on. Her online persona as “Advogata” attracted a large following fascinated by her depictions of drug busts, home invasions, and gang rivalries.
One of her viral videos portrayed a woman caught weighing drugs in an apartment and alleged police violence during the arrest. Another clip showcased a gangster renting an apartment near a rival to monitor their movements, leading to a violent confrontation resulting in attempted murder charges.
