Jack Schlossberg’s campaign manager no longer working for him
Jack Schlossberg’s campaign manager has recently stepped down from her position, just a few weeks after the young Kennedy family member announced his bid for Congress. Annabell Lasally, who was initially hired to assist in launching Schlossberg’s Democratic primary campaign for New York City’s 12th Congressional District, has confirmed her departure from the team. The reasons for her exit remain unclear, as reported by Politico.
Lasally, who previously worked in Gov. Kathy Hochul’s office, has already updated her social media profiles to reflect that she is no longer affiliated with the “Jack for New York” campaign. The campaign has not yet revealed who will be taking over Lasally’s role, but they have assured that they are continuing to expand and focus on local issues and progressive policies.
Schlossberg, the grandson of President John F. Kennedy, made headlines last month when he announced his candidacy for the House of Representatives, aiming to fill the seat soon to be vacated by Rep. Jerry Nadler. With a strong social media presence and a reputation for quirky posts and videos, Schlossberg is one of nearly a dozen candidates vying for the seat in the affluent Manhattan district.
Despite his unconventional social media presence, Schlossberg remains confident that his campaign will not be impacted negatively. He believes that his posts, although controversial at times, have a purpose behind them and that voters appreciate his willingness to challenge President Trump and his supporters. Schlossberg sees himself as a proactive force within the Democratic Party, taking risks and pushing boundaries to advance the party’s agenda.
As the “Jack for New York” campaign moves forward, they are set to announce their new campaign headquarters soon. The team is focused on growing their support base and staying committed to their mission of addressing local issues and promoting progressive policies. With Schlossberg’s determination and unique approach to politics, his campaign is sure to be one to watch in the upcoming election.
