Jimmy Kimmel Spots ‘Sad’ Sign Of How Much Trump Has Slipped
Newsom has introduced Prop 50 as a direct response to the actions taken by Texas Republicans, who recently redrew their state’s maps in favor of the GOP for the upcoming midterm elections. Similarly, Prop 50 aims to benefit the Democrats in California.
But Newsom’s efforts don’t stop there.
“Gavin Newsom is determined to outplay Trump at his own game,” Kimmel remarked. “He’s been sharing humorous content, such as portraying Trump as a baby.”
It appears that Newsom’s tactics are getting under the president’s skin, as evidenced by Trump’s attempts to attack Newsom in a recent clip, albeit not very convincingly.
“He lacks the necessary qualities. I can tell you that,” Trump stated. “Deceitful guy. He’s quite deceitful. Perhaps we should dub him ‘Slimy, slimy, Newscum,’ right?”
Kimmel was unimpressed by Trump’s lackluster attempt at a nickname.
“Oh dear,” he sighed. “He can’t even devise a decent nickname anymore. It’s truly pitiful.”
