‘Liver King’ has charges dropped — and goes straight back to ranting about fighting Joe Rogan

Brian “Liver King” Johnson, the disgraced influencer who had charges dropped for allegedly making terroristic threats against Joe Rogan, is back in the spotlight with his relentless taunting of the black-belt podcaster. Johnson, known for his deceptive claims about his physique being a result of a diet of raw organs and testicles, was arrested in June after traveling to Rogan’s hometown of Austin, Texas, and posting alarming videos on social media.

The 48-year-old YouTuber was initially charged with a misdemeanor terrorist threat for his aggressive behavior, but his charges were quietly dropped on November 12 after completing counseling classes and wearing an ankle monitor. Despite the legal drama, Johnson wasted no time in resuming his online attacks against Rogan, challenging him to a fight and accusing him of running away from the confrontation.

In a video aimed at Rogan, Johnson defiantly declared, “They weren’t threats. A challenge. A fight. Come on, drama king. Still challenging Joe Rogan to a fight. You can’t run forever, you’re eventually going to have to say something.” This echoes his previous statements where he directly called out Rogan for a physical altercation, despite acknowledging the vast difference in their martial arts skills.

It remains unclear why Johnson targeted Rogan in the first place, especially considering he has never been a guest on “The Joe Rogan Experience.” However, Johnson’s name has come up on the show in discussions about performance-enhancing drugs, leading to revelations about his steroid use in 2022. Prior to this admission, Johnson had claimed that his muscular physique was solely attributed to his bizarre diet of raw meat, animal testicles, liver, and fertilized chicken eggs.

As Johnson continues to provoke Rogan with his aggressive behavior and taunts, it remains to be seen how the podcaster will respond to the ongoing feud.
