A Missouri woman, Miranda Brown, remains missing weeks after making a chilling phone call to a relative where she expressed that she was being followed by an unknown man. The last contact her family had with her was on July 21, during this unsettling phone call.

While out for a walk and talking on the phone with a family member, Brown mentioned that she was being followed by an unknown man, as reported by the St. Louis Police Department on Friday.

Miranda Brown, 27, was last heard from July 21 during an unsettling phone call with her family.

After conveying this alarming information, Brown abruptly ended the call. Concerned, her family attempted to call her back, only to have a strange man answer the phone and claim they had the wrong number before hanging up.

Since that day, there has been no trace of Miranda Brown. Police are urging the public to come forward with any information regarding her whereabouts. She is known to frequent the Mount Pleasant neighborhood in south St. Louis.
