Naked Florida man terrorizes neighborhood — and locals say he’s lucky he wasn’t shot
A naked man caused chaos in a Florida neighborhood, breaking into homes and causing damage in a late-night rampage that left residents shaken. The suspect, identified as 23-year-old Joshua Garrison, was caught on security cameras wandering through backyards in Pinellas Park, near St. Petersburg. He was seen touching himself sexually and causing significant destruction to property.
Neighbors were shocked by the bizarre incidents, with one resident recounting how the naked intruder threw a pot of plants through his truck window and ripped the lights off his house. Another neighbor described how Garrison tried to break into his home, touched himself inappropriately, and even grabbed an ax from a shed before ultimately leaving the scene.
Surveillance footage captured Garrison helping himself to a beer and soda from an outdoor fridge before fleeing over a fence into the darkness of night. Residents expressed relief that no one was harmed during the incident, noting that many in the neighborhood are armed and prepared to defend their homes.
Police responded to reports of the break-ins and arrested Garrison, who is believed to be homeless. He now faces multiple charges, including armed residential burglary, lewd behavior, criminal mischief, and violating probation. The community is grateful that the situation was resolved without any injuries, but the incident has left a lasting impact on the neighborhood.
