Nominate the best places to work in Colorado
Creating a great workplace is a deliberate effort, not a stroke of luck. These environments are carefully nurtured and designed to bring out the best in their employees. If you know of a workplace like this, consider nominating it for the prestigious Top Workplace award in Colorado.
For the 15th consecutive year, JS is recognizing organizations with exceptional workplace cultures in the region. Any company with 50 or more employees in the state is eligible to enter the competition for a Top Workplaces award. The standout companies will be acknowledged in the spring of 2026.
Individuals can nominate outstanding companies for this award. The deadline for nominations is October 31st. Whether it’s a public, private, nonprofit, school, or government agency, any employer can be nominated. To submit a nomination or learn more about the awards, visit denverpost.com/nominate or call 303-261-8253.
Participation in the awards is free of charge. To be considered a Colorado Top Workplace, employees will evaluate their workplace through a brief 26-question survey that only takes a few minutes to complete. The survey will be conducted until January.
Energage, the research partner based in Pennsylvania, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media outlets in 65 markets across the country. Over the past year, they have surveyed more than 2 million employees from over 8,000 organizations.
According to Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, earning a Top Workplaces award is a recognition of excellence and highlights the importance of prioritizing a people-first workplace culture for achieving success.
In the 2025 awards, over 4,000 organizations in Colorado were invited to participate in the employee survey. Based on the feedback received from employees, the top 150 organizations were recognized as Top Workplaces.
