PGA pro David Duval’s Cherry Hills mansion sells for $3.4M

The Wife of Retired Golfer Sells Cherry Hills Village Home for $3.4 Million

Suzanne Duval, wife of former World No. 1 golfer David Duval, recently sold their home in Cherry Hills Village for $3.4 million. The 5,665-square-foot property, located at 11 Parkway Drive, was purchased by Suzanne for $1.3 million and features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a private 1.2-acre lot adjacent to open space.

David Duval, known for his aggressive playing style and competitive nature, now competes on the PGA Tour Champions and works as a golf analyst and commentator. Suzanne, who owns an interior design firm called Maison de DuVal, listed the home on July 11 and it went under contract on July 28, closing on August 19.

The upper-level of the home includes an artist studio/gym, while the main floor features a spacious primary suite with an attached office. The garden-level basement offers flexible space and a half bath. The west-facing deck and ample outdoor space were key factors that attracted the buyers, Scott W. Colvin and his family.

Prior to owning 11 Parkway Drive, the Duvals lived in a 13,400-square-foot mansion at 1000 E. Oxford Lane in Cherry Hills Village, which they eventually handed over to a bank in 2012. The property was later sold by the bank and listed for $13.5 million in 2022.

Katie Herman of 8z Real Estate represented the buyer, Scott W. Colvin, who appreciated the home’s location and spacious layout for their children. The buyers were particularly drawn to the fact that the lot next door is owned by the city and will never be developed.
