Possible boat explosion in Miami sends several to the hospital: Fire officials

Multiple individuals were rushed to the hospital after a potential boat explosion occurred off the coast of Miami on Saturday afternoon, as confirmed by fire officials.

According to Miami-Dade Fire and Rescue, first responders quickly arrived at Haulover Sandbar following reports of an explosion around 12:48 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered numerous victims. Initially, it was reported that 15 individuals were promptly taken to the hospital. However, later in the day, authorities revised the number to 11 people being hospitalized.
