“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley found herself caught in a heated exchange of text messages with her ex-husband, PK Kemsley, regarding the possible foreclosure of their Los Angeles mansion, according to exclusive information obtained by TMZ.
TMZ has acquired the alleged text messages exchanged between Dorit and PK on April 26, 2026.
In one of the messages, Dorit expressed her concern, stating, “I received a letter in the mail indicating that the house is scheduled for auction on April 30. Are you aware of this?”
PK replied with a simple “No.”
As tensions rose, Dorit expressed her fear by saying, “This is really scary, PK.” PK, in turn, suggested that there might be a misunderstanding or a fake email and requested to see the letter.
Dorit, adamant about the validity of the letter, sent a copy to PK and questioned why the outstanding payments had not been made to prevent the foreclosure.
PK clarified that the letter was from a third party offering assistance due to their mortgage arrears and not a foreclosure notice.
Despite PK’s reassurances, Dorit remained unconvinced and emphasized the urgency of resolving the issues surrounding the property to avoid any potential foreclosure consequences.
In response, PK urged Dorit to sign the necessary agreements promptly, highlighting that her current course of action could lead to unfavorable outcomes.
Expressing her frustration, Dorit pointed out PK’s delays in taking the necessary steps to prevent foreclosure, questioning his commitment to fulfilling their agreements.
Concerned about the impact on her and her children’s lives, Dorit questioned PK’s intentions and commitment to resolving the situation.
The ongoing dispute over their marital home, which carries a significant mortgage debt of approximately $6 million, has led PK to seek legal intervention in pushing for the property’s sale amidst their contentious divorce. Allegations of financial mismanagement and extravagant spending have been raised by PK, while Dorit has yet to respond to these claims.
