‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ alum Kim Zolciak has agreed to be deposed by lawyers representing her boyfriend Kyle Mowitz‘s estranged wife, Jillian Green, in their ongoing $100 million divorce case, TMZ has learned.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kim and Jillian have reached an agreement where Kim will appear and provide answers to questions during the deposition.

As per the agreement, the deposition transcript will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

In the midst of their bitter divorce battle involving assets worth over $100 million, Jillian has subpoenaed Kim to inquire about any financial transactions, gifts, or loans Kyle may have given to the reality star.

Kim had previously criticized the subpoena as “unreasonable, oppressive, and intended to embarrass her.” Jillian’s request includes all communications between Kim and Kyle, as well as any documents related to gifts from Kyle.

Kyle’s attorney, Marvin Solomiany, has stated, “Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve Kim in the divorce case is entirely unnecessary as any relationship between our client and her began after the parties’ separation.”

Kyle and Jillian tied the knot in 2017 but decided to part ways in 2024.
