Hunter Pence is looking for a buyer for his magnificent mansion in Southern California. The former MLB star, a two-time World Series champion, has recently listed his Malibu property for sale with an eye-watering price tag of $39 million.

The stunning estate, managed by real estate agent Joy Kanner of Compass, spans 7,356 square feet and includes five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a home office, a gym, and a media room.

Pence originally purchased the residence in 2016 during his tenure with the San Francisco Giants. However, as he gravitates back towards the Bay Area, the former outfielder is now ready to part ways with the luxurious property.

The property, located along the Pacific Coast Highway, boasts a grand entrance with a water wall, 12-foot ceilings, a 93-foot infinity pool, barbecue area, fire pit, and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from its elevated position above Malibu Cove Colony.

Reflecting on his time at the residence, Pence expressed, “Malibu’s surf, energy, and the sense of peace drew me to this location. Building this home was all about creating a private retreat where my family could slow down, recharge, and enjoy everything this community has to offer.”

“My hope is that whoever steps into it, makes their own unforgettable memories here,” Pence added, emphasizing the sentimental value attached to the property.

Pence’s illustrious MLB career, which commenced in 2007, saw him achieve success with various teams, including the San Francisco Giants, with whom he secured two World Series victories.
