Samsung Galaxy A57 Exynos 1680 Chip Rumoured to be in Testing

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A57 smartphone is generating buzz for its rumored new chipset, the Exynos 1680, which is currently being tested by Samsung. This new processor, codenamed Terra, is expected to provide a significant performance boost compared to its predecessor, the Exynos 1580.

One of the key areas where we hope to see improvements in the Samsung Galaxy A57 is the camera setup. While the main camera on the Galaxy A56 is commendable, there is room for enhancement in the secondary camera department. With competitors like the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro and Motorola Edge 60 offering dedicated telephoto cameras in a similar price range, it would be great to see Samsung follow suit with the Galaxy A57.

In terms of performance, the Exynos 1680 chipset should ideally deliver better gaming performance and overall speed compared to the Exynos 1580. This upgrade is crucial for Samsung to stay competitive in the mid-range smartphone market.

Another area that could use some attention is the speaker output on the Galaxy A57. The stereo speakers on the Galaxy A56 lack depth and separation, so an improvement in this aspect would be welcomed by users.

Despite the recent release of the Samsung Galaxy A56 in March, anticipation for the Galaxy A57 is already building. With Samsung aiming to reclaim its position as a leader in the mid-range smartphone segment, early speculation and wish lists are already circulating. As we wait for more details to emerge about the Samsung Galaxy A57, it’s clear that Samsung has some exciting upgrades in store for its next mid-range offering.
