Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Unpacked Event Date Leaked

Samsung is gearing up to unveil its latest foldable smartphones at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled for 9 July, as revealed by renowned tipster Evan Blass.

Blass, also known as @evleaks, announced on X that Samsung will be hosting the event on 9 July 2025 at 10AM EDT, hinting at a New York-based location for the launch. This date contradicts previous rumors that suggested a 13 July unveiling, but given Blass’ track record of accuracy, this new date seems more credible.

Samsung’s Unpacked events are known for introducing new flagship devices, and this July event is expected to showcase the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, and Flip 7 FE foldable smartphones, along with the Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. There are also speculations that Samsung might offer a glimpse of its Project Moohan Android XR headset.

The spotlight, however, will be on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, the successor to the Galaxy Z Fold 6. Samsung has teased an ‘Ultra’ range in its pre-launch materials, hinting at a major leap in design and features for the new foldable device. Fans can anticipate a slimmer and lighter body, along with significant improvements in the camera system, addressing areas where Samsung has fallen behind its competitors.

As the anticipation builds for Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event, tech enthusiasts and consumers alike are eager to see what innovations and advancements the company will bring to its latest lineup of foldable devices. Stay tuned for more updates on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and other exciting announcements at the event.
