‘She’s Full Of S**t!’: Kathy Hochul Trashes Elise Stefanik For Leaning Into Mamdani Attacks

Stefanik, who is vying for the governorship and positioning herself to challenge Hochul in her bid for a second full term next year, appeared to distance herself from Donald Trump following his praise of Mamdani during their Oval Office meeting, where Trump dismissed Stefanik’s “jihadist” label for the mayor-elect.

“We all share the desire for NYC to prosper. However, we may have to agree to disagree on this matter,” wrote Stefanik on X before launching into an attack she has repeatedly directed at Mamdani since his surprising victory in the mayoral primary in June.

“If he acts like a jihadist, talks like a jihadist, campaigns like a jihadist, and supports jihadists, then he’s a jihadist. And he’s @KathyHochul’s jihadist.”

Hochul, who refrained from endorsing Mamdani for months before eventually doing so in September, pushed back against Stefanik in a live interview on MS NOW.

“She’s completely wrong,” Hochul told host Chris Hayes before quickly correcting herself. “I apologize. What I meant to say is that she really is.”

Hochul emphasized that Stefanik is taking an “extremely radical stance.”

“She’s even more extreme than Donald Trump. I didn’t think that was possible, but she has managed to demonstrate that today,” she said. “She has outdone Donald Trump, the originator of the MAGA movement.”

“I find it repulsive and reprehensible, but that’s her true nature, and people are witnessing this, even the president realized that it’s too extreme for him.”
