Stefon Diggs‘s accuser in a male sexual assault case, Christopher Blake Griffith, has filed a request with a judge to compel the NFL star to provide access to his security video footage from the night in question, as per court documents obtained by TMZ.
Christopher alleges that Stefon has not cooperated in providing information related to his finances, security footage, and other materials that are crucial to the case.
Specifically, Christopher has requested access to information regarding security systems, surveillance footage, and access logs at Stefon’s Maryland home from May 20, 2023, to May 22, 2023.
Christopher asserts that despite Stefon’s promise to investigate the matter, there has been no update. He emphasizes that the preservation of security footage is crucial to avoid any issues of evidence tampering.
The judge has not yet made a ruling on the matter.
In a previous report by TMZ, Stefon had filed a lawsuit against Christopher in November 2025, alleging defamation. Christopher had accused Stefon of drugging and sexually assaulting him in May 2023 at his Maryland residence.
In response, Christopher has countersued Stefon for sexual assault, claiming that the NFL player drugged and assaulted him after a celebrity basketball game. He further alleged a subsequent violent attack orchestrated by Stefon.
Stefon has denied all allegations of misconduct put forth by Christopher.
